1611 on Lake Union Apartments

I had one of the best apartment-living experiences in the Seattle area at 1611. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning—facing the lake—and made every day feel peaceful and scenic. For the quality of the view and location, the rent was very reasonable. The floor plans were well-designed and spacious for the area. I'd easily rate it a 10/10 for value. The building was recently renovated, with several upgraded systems and features that added to the convenience and comfort of daily living. A huge shoutout to Izabelle and Nicole, the property managers.

I did not end up leasing here since my choice of unit was not available. But fantastic property and fair rates. Special mention is to Isabelle, who was very kind in showing the property to me, even though I did not have a prior appointment. I will definitely recommend this and might lease in near future if required.

I had such a great experience living here! The location is fantastic—with beautiful views and easy access to everything I needed. The apartment was a great value for the price, and the building was always well-maintained. A special shoutout to Nicole and Isabelle—they are incredibly warm, kind, and responsive. From the day I moved in to the day I moved out, they made everything smooth and stress-free. Their support truly made this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
