BOTH bike storage rooms have been inaccessible for almost three MONTHS now. Management has done nothing to make things right. My AC has broken 4 separate times, I've had cabinets fall off of walls, water leaks, and so so many more issues. It's just endless maintenance nightmares that take an extremely long time to get resolved and management hasn't done anything to make things right. Along with constant parking issues where people will just take your parking spot whenever they want. Do not live here. Notice all the positive reviews on this place were from before new management took over.

The new-ish management at this property has been consistently disorganized and unresponsive. In April, management removed all of the window screens from the building, saying they needed to wash the exterior windows. It’s now August, the windows still haven’t been washed, the screens still haven’t been reinstalled, and the only update is that the work will happen “sometime in the fall.” As a result, I have spent the last five months unable to open my windows without letting in mosquitoes and flies. The parking situation has been just as frustrating.

I recently toured Akin Golden Triangle Apartments and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately felt like home. The amenities and apartment finishes were impressive, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. What really made the experience stand out was the leasing team. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right home.
