Albion at Murfreesboro

My niece as well as a friend’s child live at this apartment. It is in a safe location, is reasonably priced and is conveniently located to shopping, eating and recreation.

I’ve lived at the albion for about 3 years off and on and just moved out recently. I had many problems with my unit, roaches, leaks, black mold, HVAC problems repeatedly. etc. Maintenance would try their best to “fix” things and were quickly responsive but the units are falling apart and bug infested so the maintenance was nonstop. When i would reach out to management, I was met with passive aggressive responses and no resolutions for the discomfort in the unit and blamed for the issues.

I am a neighbor of David’s and let me just say that I would not believe anything he writes. I was outside yesterday, walking my dog and heard the conversation between him and management. Management was simply telling them that his brother could no longer be on property and they know why. People like him and his family love to play victim and then spread lies and write bad reviews that is unnecessary. Management and Albion staff have been nothing but nice and very accommodating.
