Alcott Village

The maintenance crew consists of three man Mr. Willie, Aiden, and Damon. They are elite and very efficient. Mr. Willie is the overseer of all repairs and he gets the job done. Plenty of times he has taken his time out of his schedule to help me. Aiden is very quiet, but he is a hard worker. They go out of their way to make sure the property is cleaned and the tenants are taken care of!The maintenance crew efficiently power washed the alleyways and concrete removing access dirt and build up for a clean and sterilized porch area .

Ms. McCoy in the office is always has a smile and a welcome once you enter the door. She’s very polite, friendly and attentive to whatever I may have needed. Through in her work and pays attention to detail so you don’t have to make multiple trips to the office.
