My experience with this apartment has been extremely disappointing. They found out I had a cat while I was already in the process of registering her. However, the management took more than a month to respond or move the process forward. Instead of giving me any options or trying to work with me, they immediately fined me. I went to the office because the fine was far beyond what I could afford. The staff member I spoke with seemed very understanding and reassured me that everything was okay and that I would have time to pay. Unfortunately, none of what we discussed was respected.

The apartments are disgusting and the staff ignores the issues at hand as well as not completing paperwork in a timely manner. I have terminated my lease back in June and it’s now almost October and I’m just now getting any kind of response regarding my termination of this lease. Management here sucks and are not willing to work with you on anything at all. Do not recommend staying here!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They will charge you for nothing. They will not get work orders done on time. Maintenance came in my room WITHOUT me knowing and they PISSED in my TOILET. They did not FLUSH. Their Maintenance team also SMOKED WEED IN THE APARTMENT AND NEIGHBORING APARTMENT WHILE THEY WERE WORKING. These managers Absolutely do not care or listen to you. Sydney SUCKED and she's gone from the position. Now they have a NEW manager that NEVER went into contact with me about FALSE CHARGES on my account. All these reviews that mention people by name with 5 stars are FABRICATED.
