Alight Riverside

Overpriced for what they offer. They overcharged me many times. Payments for electrical and sewage are consistently late because their billing systems arent synced/ organized effectively. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in move-out fees , cleaning fees , “damage” fees and much more depending on how evil they are feeling. This place is not a great place to live at if you’re a college student. They really don’t care about your well-being. They money scheme all their residents. Be aware.

I never stayed at this property. I emailed Alight Riverside and informed them that I was no longer interested in moving forward with renting a room from them. Despite this, they placed a collection debt of $6,745 on my credit report. I want this fraudulent collection removed from my credit report immediately. It is completely unreasonable to require me to pay for a room that I never occupied or rented. I never stayed at the property, and I do not owe this debt. Please investigate this matter and remove this fraudulent collection from my credit report.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Alight Riverside has been beyond disappointing, and honestly, I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here to look elsewhere. During my time here, my apartment has experienced three separate flooding episodes. The damage and aftermath were not minor inconveniences. After one of the flooding incidents, I ended up throwing away more than half of my dishes and kitchen items because of the greasy backwater that even Dawn dish soap wouldn’t help.
