Alta Ivy

While we didn't decide to rent at this property, I want to give a shoutout to Antonio the ACM, as a property manager myself I am huge on giving reviews and always want to make sure that everyone gets the credit they deserve.

I had a wonderful experience touring with Morgan. She was so warm and helpful, answering all my questions with absolute professionalism. Her exceptional service stood out. She followed up with me on multiple occasions and made me feel very welcome to the area. I recommend working with her!

Wanted to wait ~1 month after moving in to give a review that would reflect a truly lived experience. One month in, and I'm very pleased that this is where I chose to move to. Apartment itself: I love my layout, and the apartment I toured is what really drew me into Alta Ivy. I am in an A6 layout (1Bed, 1Bath) and find it very spacious in the common areas (this layout is wider than similar layouts I've toured in other communities, which I love). The bedroom is a good size for a queen bed and the bathroom allows for a lot of movement around the space.
