DO NOT LEASE HERE! Wooden structure transfers all the noise from neighbors to all units. Management wont tell you until you are already living there and even though neighbors make noise at 1 am in the morning they wont do anything but offer you a transfer at your expenses 1.5k minimum. The manager is not polite at all when addressing issues and wont help you out. THIS IS NOT LUXURY LIVING AT ALL! Cant be called living, have not being able to sleep properly since I moved due the noise. As you would expect their answer ommits information, and disregards the fact the noise happens at 1 am.

Honestly, with my experience I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. I’ve lived here for 2 years and it was great for 80% of the first year. The manmade pond however you want to describe it, is beautiful yes, the catch is after 5-7pm good luck finding parking on any given day at least where building 5 is. Pests are everywhere and normal but I’ve dealt with a bad ant problem for a while months ago (Massey isn’t the best I watched them on my ring camera do not much) and I just stopped relying on them and bought traps placed them everywhere and the problem diminished quick.
