For your own sake, please never live in the archives me and two roommates signed a lease to live there for the 2026-2027 school year and I have only had bad experiences. We moved in and everything was dirty to the point where we spent the whole first day of moving just cleaning not even moving in and we had no working dryer and they didn't get the dryer in for two weeks. We didn't have a fridge door handle that worked. Our microwave is still broken and it's September 8 and we moved in on August 19. We have a cigarette burn in our couch.

You can’t get them to fix anything and they will charge you for it when you move out! Would not recommend👎

Don’t lease from here. Customer service is terrible. You call and no one answers. Automated system and call backs are slow, if ever. Takes them forever to fix items like kitchens drawers. Then They nickel and dime you to death with charges. The place was clean when we left and they charged us over $100 for painting and cleaning. Isn’t that normal wear and tear? Anyhow I would advise against leasing from them. Spend your money elsewhere.
