ARIUM Lenox Park

I just want to thank Alma Perez for helping me through the entire application and tiring process i for what i wanted in a reasonable time and price and she answered all my questions and made sure anything i needed i got 10/10 highly recommend and my unit is to die for and i appreciate the welcome gift

Thank you so much for everything we are so happy the All the engineers and property maintenance staff are excellent. They always respond quickly and are always very friendly. Without them, the property wouldn't look the same. Thank you so much for your great work!

Loved the property. Alma was amazing. I love the fact they do in house verification and approval. To me it means they screen people and you don’t get those bad Apples who make living there your worst nightmare. <--- Well I lied. After a full walk through of the hallways, they smell, the carpet is dirty, debris on the floors and even a dead roach was in the hallway. Update: 9/6 - Moved some things in today and there were roaches in the unit. I'm not sure if this is common, but this is the reason why i'm breaking my current lease. So to see this is a bit upsetting and frustrating.
