If there were an option below one star, I would use it. Living here has been one frustration after another. The property seems to be in a constant state of construction, and the sound insulation between apartments is remarkably poor. You can hear far more of your neighbors than anyone should reasonably expect in a building marketed at this level. But what has made the experience especially frustrating is watching the building’s shared spaces repeatedly be used as a backdrop for someone’s personal commercial content.
My AC stopped working yesterday late afternoon. This morning (a holiday), Jeff from facilities quickly fixed it and was very friendly and professional. Any time I've submitted a service request since moving here in January, the facilities team has been quick to respond. A few months ago, my mother visited. Raquel remembered my mom's name and warmly welcomed her; after my mom left, Raquel asked about my mother. Excellent service and polished professionalism has been my experience living at Arthur apartments.
I’ve had a great experience here and wanted to specifically recognize Jeff, and Michael.Michael in management and Jeff on the maintenance team are fantastic—always friendly, professional, responsive, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. Michael, the property manager, is also great to work with and genuinely makes sure residents are taken care of. It’s rare to have a team that’s this helpful and easy to work with. They make a huge difference in the overall experience of living here. Definitely 5/5 stars!
