Atmosphere

When we first moved in, we had to go back and change apartments to the condition of the first one. The second one was slightly better but still needed work. Light fixtures were not attached, place was not cleaned. We were told we couldn’t inspect it prior to moving in they told me. Construction was suppose to be completed in September and still not done. It is so loud that my sons have to leave their apartment to get school work done. The icing on the cake is they towed my son’s car within the first week of school even though we pay for parking.

Charged me a pet fee after registering my pet at the same time I signed my lease. Didn’t take the charge off after sending in her new updated papers, which they said they would do. Ended up paying more to the greedy. The staff is nice but other than that this apartment sucks. With no warning, they began construction and I would awake to banging on the walls. Spent a few weeks with my window covered by a plastic sheet. Had one morning that a construction worker watched me make breakfast. Cleaning crew did a good job on the first floor hallways.

This place has been the worst to live in this year. Our Air conditioner broke 2 weeks ago and this place has not done one thing to help. We have made several complained due to the fact that there has been a heat advisory this entire time, and they keep pushing us off saying "there is nothing they can do." Horribly run place and I would not resign a lease if I wanted a place that cared about its residents and their wellbeing. On top of all this, maintenance regularly takes their time responding to calls even if it’s an emergency. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would
