DO NOT LIVE / RENT THROUGH MAYMONT HOMES, THE PROPERTY MANAGERS FOR BANTON VILLAGE. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. The leasing office is nonexistent. Every time I had a question, needed assistance, or wanted to discuss an issue, there was nobody available. Didn't matter the time of day.. Getting basic questions answered will take you no less than 10 trips to the leasing office to catch someone in person The most frustrating part of my experience was dealing with their third-party security deposit system.

So friendly and attentive leasing agent. Enjoyable safe neighborhood for families to enjoy! Scott is always available and happy to answer questions and give tours, been back multiple times to tour and he has been so helpful!

I’ve had a great experience at Banton Village. The leasing agent is one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. He truly cares about the community and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and heard. One thing I really appreciate is that he doesn’t tolerate disruptive or disrespectful behavior. He holds everyone to the same standards, which helps create a peaceful, safe, and respectful environment for everyone. It’s the kind of place where families, couples, and individuals can all feel comfortable.
