Chimney Experts

lowkey I asked more questions than probably expected from a homeowner and every one got answered without making me feel like I was wasting their time. that willingness to actually explain things is exactly why I'm writing this review

The annual cleaning and inspection keeps us confident going into fireplace season every fall. Consistent, efficient visits and thorough reports mean we have a paper trail going back 3 years now. Good routine service from a reliable company.

We had 3 items flagged on a previous inspection report from another company that we'd never fully understood. Brought in Chimney Experts to get a second opinion. Went through each item, explained what was actually a concern versus what had been written up more dramatically than necessary, and gave us a clear path forward. That second opinion saved us money.
