I would not recommend living here. My experience with management, especially during move-out, has been extremely frustrating. After living here for two years, I was hit with an $800 move-out bill for damages, including charges related to common areas and appliances. Some of the charges were especially concerning because the amounts appeared to be duplicated between residents. Also, a large amount of the damage photos that i received, appeared to be normal wear and tear, which residents should not be getting charged for.
AVOID AT ALL COST. Over priced cheap apartments with outdated everything. place hasn’t been renovated since being built but yet is insanely expensive. it’s poorly insulated so your utilities will be expensive. They will also charge you ridiculous damage expenses even though it’s been in bad shape for a long time and they won’t fix anything that’s been actually damaged.
I lived here for two years. I had no problems with them my first year, however the second year was very different. Management is awful. If you ever want to speak to a manager or get any staff on the phone it is near impossible. That was already a red flag but I moved on. When it came time to move out they hit me and my roommate with all sorts of random made up fees. I kept my apartment it great condition. They definitely screw to over when they know you’re not resigning a lease. I do not recommend living there, you will be screwed over and there is absolutely zero customer service.
