Copper Beech at Greenville

I moved into their 1 bd/ba layout. I’ve been here for about a week and so far so good. Any issues I had upon move in were resolved quickly. The apartment was very clean upon move in. I was not expecting the wall units for AC. Apartment gets cool although there’s no central air/heating in my unit. I’ll come back if anything changes. Definitely an upgrade from my previous rental property

I never ever lived here but some how I owe them 1,800 for an apartment I NEVER HAD after putting in a application. Says its nothing they can do and that I have to pay it. Ive never toured an apartment i never seen any of the staff face to face but somehow I owe them money

This place is a 0 don't move here even if its cheap terrible communication the promise they will get on and understand but the never do been here since August 14 have literally gave my new address 7 times I need repairs water leaking wall tub leaking and toilet running they came one time to do a request that wasn't mine said they were coming back never did always says office busy I called one time while outside and all they was doing was laughing.
