I have reached out multiple times with and the only response that I have gotten is that they are aware of my refund request and are working on it when I asked them Could someone please provide a specific timeline for when I can expect my refund? And to Please let me know what stage of the processing cycle my request is currently in." Crickets, that was Tuesday till this day no one has responded. This is very frustrating, unfair, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
