Dot Block

I lived in this property for two years and it was the most terrible renting experience I've ever had. The management office was clearly careless and negligent toward the tenants. The office staff seemed incapable of handling their tasks. I had to send the renter's insurance documents several times and still received notices stating the office had not received them, threatening me with eviction for not complying with the lease terms. Tenants in this building exhibited terrible behavior and manners. I witnessed the police show up in the hallway on my floor past midnight at least twice.

Have been here almost a year. Management has continually promised to address a pigeon roosting problem since I moved in. Nothing has been done. Balcony always covered in feces- can’t even enjoy the space that I pay a premium for. Literally 100 pigeons hang out on the building- could be a simple fix with pest control but the couple hundred bucks to do it is not worth keeping a tenant happy I guess…

Living at Dot Block has been amazing. The building is clean, beautifully maintained, and everything feels modern and new. The management team is truly exceptional and incredibly responsive. Amy, Sherikaye, and Michael have all been wonderful and so helpful. Cesar and the maintenance team are also amazing. They’re all professional, friendly, and quick to address anything that comes up.
