Edge Merrimack River

I have been living at Edge for just under a year now and couldn't be happier. The rooms are spacious and clearly well maintained. The appliances they provide are also all anyone could need. The hands down BEST part of living here is the management team, especially Austin. I cannot recommend living here enough. Whenever an issue arises, such as my lights going out, Austin will make sure it's handled in record time. I am always very surprised with how quickly and efficiently he tends to our needs. He's always willing to help and comes in every day with an amazing attitude.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. If you’re considering Edge Merrimack, PLEASE read the reviews before signing a lease. My experience here was incredibly frustrating, and honestly, I’m just glad I’m finally out. One of the most ridiculous things that happened was being forced to relocate to a completely different apartment during FINALS WEEK with ONE WEEK’S NOTICE. No real explanation, no legitimate reason given, and apparently no consideration that we were STUDENTS in the middle of finals. This is supposed to be student housing. Who thinks moving students during finals is acceptable?

I stayed here from 2021 to early 2026 as a student. I initially came because there was no room in the dorms, but decided to stay since things were convenient. Slowly, over time, those conveniences started going away. To go with the things that are good: having a kitchen and washer/dryer as a student is great. The wifi was excellent and we had access to ethernet for those who are into gaming. The staff are generally nice and accomodating. If you are on the top floor, the sound isn't a big deal. The floor is thick concrete and the walls are thick enough to block thesound.
