Emerald Coast Flooring America

Once we decided to have our floors redone I visited the CRESTVIEW store and met Sarah. She walked me through the process and helped us make the perfect choice for our home. She was very helpful patient, but overall enjoyed the customer service experience. The installers were polite professional and worked fast yet with attention to detail...cleaned up after and it was just a great experience. We will recommend them and return for future flooring projects without hesitation! Also the pricing compared to other companies was good and the product is excellent.

I had a great experience working with John Rodriguez at Emerald Coast Flooring in Fort Walton Beach. John was fantastic to work with, and they have a great selection of quality products at a great price. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend John and the team at Emerald Coast Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring. Great people, great products, and great service!

Appreciate Judy there at the business! She did a great job coordinating everything and getting the carpet in quickly! The townhome looks great!
