Forge Tower

i have lived here almost a month, i am truly enjoying it! i live in the studio and it reminds me of my apt from my time living abroad. Small and simple but well appointed. the appliances are new, great amenities and common use spaces in a good location with lively surroundings. i also have a patio, and there is no better way to enjoy the arizona sunsets or even watch the crazy storms we’ve been having.

I’ve been waiting a while to write this review. Lived here from June of 2025 through June 2026. First few months were cool and that was as good as it got. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from everyone around you. They turn off the air conditioning and turn on swamp coolers in the winters. The AC is terrible in the units. Washer and dryer are horrible they do not dry your clothes. My ac broke 6 times in that year. The lobby doors are out do order 80% of the time.

Jaime was super helpful with answering all my questions and making it an easy move in process!!
