I’m writing this review for my 70 yr old mom who has been living there for about 3yrs. She recently received an eviction notice stating she had an overdue balance of 1200. Which doesn’t make sense since she is renting the apartment through section 8. Her part of the monthly rent is about 150$. She has been going back and forth with the leasing manager to figure out where this balance came from and still hasn’t received a clear answer. The leasing manager asked for 3 proof of payments from 2024! My mom was able to obtain 2 of the documents and was told it was going to be taken care of.

Stopped by today for a service outreach visit at Harmony at the Park as part of what we do at AJ Employment Services, simply taking time to show appreciation and stay connected with our partners. We had the opportunity to finally meet Jenny, the manager, face-to-face, along with Nicole, and both were absolutely awesome. They were welcoming, professional, and great to connect with in person. It meant a lot to be able to spend time together outside of emails and phone calls and strengthen the relationship. Interactions like this are what long-term partnerships are built on.
