Highlands EVOLV Rental Townhomes

Karol has been great from the beginning. Easy move in and pleasant area. Home is affordable for what you receive especially from the area. Carl the maintenance man has also been very attentive and always addressed my concerns if things came up. Neighborhood has felt safe and after I lost my keys they were returned. The elementary school and high school always keeps me up to date on all things. Coming from Howard county I was a little skeptical on how this county did things but the fact everything is close by I’m happy!

My wife and I had the opportunity to tour a property with Mrs.Nunez and she was great, hands down. Mrs.nunez was transparent from the jump! She didn’t cut any corners she was honest and she was friendly. It didn’t come off as someone doing her job although she was, she was a human being towards me and my wife. Like someone we could consider to be a friend. Bottom line is if you are looking to tour at evolv I highly recommend it but I suggest doing your tour with Mrs.nunez you’ll leave with complete understanding and peace of mind. It has truly been a pleasure working with Karol & Angel at the leasing office here at The Highlands. Karol has been so supportive and patient with our needs. Moving can be very stressful but Karol definitely was very hands on walking us through the process. While selling our home she made our transition into our now home far less complicated than it would have been while working through the app to get everything complete.
