Great location and good rent prices are undermined by the state of the apartment when I moved in. Outlets out of order, showers stuck at one temperature, water pressure all over the place, plumbing issues in the kitchen, roach infestations, and some substance on the patio doors that keep light from getting through. Maintenance is disappointingly bad and does not solve issues. This apartment is disgusting and barely worth the cheap rent.

I’ve lived here for maybe 2 years and honesty it’s been nice, I have had maintenance issues like the ac not working for almost a year BUT they’ve been proactive to fixing it. The maintenance staff have been wonderful manny and Dunni are amazing! I think they need a raise lol they always have gone above and beyond . My experience here has been more positive than negative and I appreciate everyone here

I have really enjoyed living at Hillside Creek Apartments. The management team is responsive, professional, and always willing to help whenever I have questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is excellent—they are quick to respond to requests and always get the job done efficiently. A special thank you to Mandi, the Property Manager, who has been wonderful to work with. She is , knowledgeable, and truly cares about the residents and the community. It’s clear that she takes pride in keeping the property running smoothly.
