Ibis Trail

Felicia Trosclair, the property manager, and her associate Joel who that showed me the model were very welcoming and accommodating! I was going through a very difficult time when I was looking for a new place to live and they were very supportive. The application process can take 5 days and it’s a pretty thorough process so expect to be patient. I put in a work order for a minor plumbing issue and it was resolved by the time I got home from work the next day. The property itself is beautiful and well kept and all of the residents I’ve come across are warm and friendly.

Okay! I literally cannot even begin to explain how incredible Ms Felicia and Ms Joel were the ENTIRE time. They held my hand and rolled out the most incredible red carpet of customer service I have ever experienced. Truly… they need a raise! If you have any needs for apartments… these are your ladies! Will use them again!

The entire staff and maintenance crew are excellent. If I have a maintenance issue it is always repaired before I get home from work. Felicia is very attentive to the residents need. Troy the head maintenance tech. Is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ibis trail
