Innovative Construction Group

Mike and team at Innovative Construction built our 2700 sq ft home on a walk out basement in under 9 months from planning to turning the keys over, with expert detail and craftsmanship. Mike never missed a phone call and provided clarity to every step of the process. He holds himself and his employees to high standards and it shows through his work. We could not be happier with the home he brought to life for our family. If you are in the process of deciding a home builder, it is well worth your time to sit down with Mike.

Innovative Construction Group turned our dream home into a reality. They were amazing and so good to work with. If you are looking to build a home, definitely reach out to Mike!

Innovative Construction Group built our seventh and last home. They did an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule and below budget. It was by far the best building experience we have ever had. Mike and Brian are great planners and incredibly organized. They did a great job scheduling subs and inspecting their work. They were very good to work with in every way. We strongly recommend Innovative Construction Group. Our home is beautiful and exactly what we said we wanted at the start of the process. I was very clear in telling Mike what we wanted, and he delivered!
