Called at 7pm on a Tuesday with a water heater that had completely stopped working. Phone was answered on the first ring, tech was at the house within two hours, and the whole thing was diagnosed and explained before any work started. Back to hot water the same night.

Water line repair was more complicated than the tech expected but the flat rate didn't change. He said that was the quote and that was the price. That kind of integrity on a job that ran long is not something every plumber delivers.

Drain cleaning took care of a kitchen line that hadn't drained properly in six months. Tech confirmed it was a grease buildup, used the hydro jetting setup, and the drain runs faster now than it did when we moved in.
