If I could give zero stars, I would. As an out-of-state parent and guarantor for a college student, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. Communication has been extremely poor. I sent multiple emails that went unanswered, and when I finally received a response, I was told my emails could not be found. I personally called the apartment complex regarding our situation, yet I was later informed there was no documentation of that conversation. Just because a conversation wasn't documented does not mean it never happened.
The review is specifically to give a shoutout to two plumbers who helped me regarding three problems I have been trying to get solved in my apartment bathroom for weeks. Thank you to George and Cody, who had to come down from Lafayette to help with my sink, shower, and toilet for your patience and for fixing these issues.
I lived there for 6 month only. At the first it was fine, but day by day I faced every possible annoying problems during the stay. I list what I did not like: 1. Walls are paper thin. If you have upstairs neighbors and they make a lot of noise, good luck to sleep in peace if they go naughty at night. 2. Delivery system sucks. I order something from important place for example. Because of their absurd delivery accepting and informing system, you can not take your order unless they I from you via e-mail.
