Another 5 star experience with Alex from iQ plumbing. Our hot water heater pilot light went out again and we weren’t able to light it. Alek had replaced the thermocouple 2 years earlier. This time he replaced the ignition. I appreciated that he didn’t just try to get me to buy an entirely new system. He was quick, professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. I texted him just before 8am and he had the hot water heater functioning again before noon.
The technician was professional and explained what needed to be done in plain terms, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of work. Definitely a dependable choice if you need prompt plumbing service.
Excellent service, they do great work. I highly recommend them.
