JEFFERSON CENZA @ PLACENTIA The apartment itself is beautiful and modern; however, the elevators CONSTANTLY going down and the stairs smelling like pee is ridiculous for a luxury apartment. The parking situation is ridiculous: no parking for a second vehicle AND when I toured they stated I would get a parking spot on the same floor as my apartment, yet after I signed they gave me a spot on the 6th floor. The mail situation is confusing to find your packages, since everything is thrown together and the package room is closed when leasing is closed so then you have to wait to get your stuff.

The elevator has been out of order for over four months, and there seems to be no effort from management to repair it. As a regular guest to visit my friends, carrying heavy loads up the stairs is a major hassle, this is extremely inconvenient, and I can only imagine how difficult this ongoing issue is for the residents who live here every day.

On month 4 of my elevator being broken. Never got a response when I emailed too. I have a handicapped father who cannot visit often anymore because of our elevator situation.
