Lake Crossing Apartments

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, and cozy apartment tucked away in NW Gainesville, absolutely consider Lake Crossing! I am a young working professional and lived here for 2 years and had such a positive experience. The apartments are updated, clean, and super spacious. Management is really friendly, attentive, and professional. Maintenance responds very fast after making a request. The pool area is super nice and never super crowded. The oak trees, Spanish moss, and ponds make for such a beautiful area to walk and feel like you can take a deep breath!

I have lived at Lake Crossing for 3 year and have had a wonderful experience! The complex is quiet, peaceful, and well maintained. It is well constructed (neighbor noise is very minimal) and the renovated apartments are in excellent condition. In the rare cases I have put in maintenance requests, they are always quick to resolve them. The office is always friendly and helpful! I have to move for work, but will miss living here very much!

I am so grateful to Irina for helping me with whatever I need and really making me feel at home. Last year was my first in Gainesville and I had so many things to do to get settled here. She helped guide me through all I needed to take care of. She is such a caring and supportive person and gives her undivided attention whenever I come to the office.
