Lakewood Villas Apartments

Lived here for a year and a half, and it’s been a great experience so far. They’ve just rolled out trash valet and they answer all maintenance requests timely. Shiloh at the front office is especially helpful with everything and genuinely wants to help.

I lived at Lakewood Villas for a couple of years and I had a great experience! Everything was clean and ready for me when moving in and the location was very convenient. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with any needs I had (Shiloh was my favorite!)

Currently looking for apartments in the Gainesville area and the staff at Lakewood Villas is top tier. Shiloh and Mason are very knowledgeable and personable and i felt they deserve some recognition for making a lasting first impression. Highly recommend inquiring with them for any questions or if you’re apartment searching.
