I am so thankful for Shane and Matt! Though my roommates and I live in the Flats, they came all the way over here to fix all of our maintenance issues within a day even though they were not obligated to. We have had issues since the very first week, which they resolved within a few hours. They made sure we got new blinds, new lights, a dishwasher, and much more. On top of that, both of them were incredibly kind and humble, and so great to talk to! They deserve a promotion and raise!

The WORST management I have ever experienced. (Updated) Long story, short: my girlfriend got kicked out of her own apartment. My girlfriend was staying for a couple days during her lease gap at her friends house and locked herself out of the building. We called the number provided and we found that the security guard's phone was at the front desk and that he was no where to be found. I got a text that he was doing a security walk around the complex, but it took nearly 30-45 mins for him to get back.

Do not walk - RUN away! One of the rare cases I would give ZERO stars. Management here is non-existent unless they want to tow your car or collect a bill ahead of when it’s due or threaten to kick you out unless you commit to a new lease TEN months before it begins. They constantly create health hazards with trash piling in and out of the building. Maintenance goes undone making unsafe conditions. Constant broken promises. There is a genuine lack of concern by management for the health and safety of the residents.
