Lark Oxford

My experience with The Lark was extremely disappointing, and I believe it is important for prospective residents to be aware of what occurred during my tenancy. My experience began when I signed the necessary documents, paid a $200 administrative fee, and entered into a lease agreement. Approximately one month later, I was contacted by management and informed that my lease had been “sold” to another resident because the property had not anticipated the number of residents re-leasing.

Select another option in Oxford to live. Heed the advice of others that gave one star, they are accurate. What is ironic is that the Lark will write a response saying to call them and provides a phone number but they will NEVER answer or return a call. Lots of options besides this place which is terribly managed.

Total college student apartments. The place is a disaster. It would be a fun place to live, but they just need to power wash the whole place.
