The Maintance guy Brice has said multiple uncomfortable things to my roommates and me. Would not recommend living here until they have him removed as he is very creepy! He smelled like alcohol and his eyes looked so pinpoint. I want to remain anonymous due to a fear of retaliation.

I have lived at Lark for almost two years, and unfortunately, it has been one of the worst housing experiences I have had. When I first moved in, there were cockroaches in the apartment. Several pieces of the furniture provided with the unit were already damaged or heavily worn, including a sofa with peeling material. I even found trash left inside some of the furniture that came with the apartment, apparently from the previous resident. Within less than a month of moving in, the garbage disposal also became clogged with grease.

Pathetic Experience 0/5 I was charged ~$450 for my last bill and they charged me extra for cleaning, I took pictures and videos and they didn't take the dispute seriously at all (I kept calling and the bot answered). I ended up paying all the bill and cleared my tab. The water bill was extremely high through out the year (approx $500 for a 4b4b) and they did not do anything despite multiple complaint. The place is also very far from the campus and Bus 23 does not run after 9:30 pm. Get a place somewhere on Bus 21 route and thank me later.
