Way over priced for not being in a well maintained area and the luxery is not really comparable to other more affordable apartments near by . Tour was unpleasant and unprofessional in my opinion. Will not rent here after also reading all the reviews thats exactly the vibe i got from the staff when i toured this complex

My wife and I have been living here since the constructions finished in 2024. The new management team, especially William, they are amazing. They truly care about your needs and support you as best as they could. The complex is lovely too, including the interior decorations and space layouts. One thing I do want to point out is that the Azusa Avenue is the main road people take to go up to the mountains, so you will hear loud cars and motorcycles on the weekends from morning to afternoon, if your unit is facing the road, so think about if that's something you can get used to or not.

Update July 2026. We had a rough 18 months with previous management but I think new management will try to make real changes . Arlene was very helpful and fair with us today during our move out. We had issues caused by a 3rd party vendor. New Management is trying to fix previous owners faults.
