Mallory Square

Lived here 18 months. Mallory Square sells itself as Lake Nona luxury — saltwater pool, cabanas, huge gym, bowling, golf simulator, gated parking — and charges accordingly. The gates and doors are constantly broken and routinely take weeks to repair. While they are down, non-residents use the common areas, and police are repeatedly called to remove them. A gate that does not close is not controlled access. A “resort community” that depends on police to clear its amenities is not a resort. The buildings are new. The operation is not. Do not rent here if working security matters.

She was super welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable about the community, and took the time to answer all my questions without making it feel rushed or like a high-pressure sales pitch.
