Toured with Daniel, this apartment complex looks awesome. Daniel was very nice and professional, and this seems like a very nice apartment. This property is at the top of my list when I move to Naples.
Idell & Val have gone above and beyond! The property is lovely and the maintenance staff is excellent. The only issues I’ve had in 2 years living here have been corporate issues from Greystar which is often inflexible.
Daniel is the best agent I’ve ever come across and I have lived in multiple cities. Made the transition into Marea and Naples extremely easy by detailing all the steps and keeping us in the loop at all times. Definitely super happy with his support and transparency about what to expect at Marea. 100% recommend
