My biggest problem with living here is how incredibly thin the walls are. You can hear EVERYTHING your roommates, people outside, and sometimes even people in neighboring apartments. God forbid someone hears you through the walls, because the office will complain about noise even when it isn’t specifically coming from you. There’s honestly not much you can do about it unless you plan on living on quiet mode for an entire year. No music, no laughing, no conversations, and you might as well keep headphones connected to your TV. The pest problem is also ridiculous.

Just don't! Please save yourself from the hassle. My husband and I moved in last year on an emergency situation. The apartment we got was furnished but had a lot of preexisting damage that they refused to fix. For example, the sofa had a TON of cat scratched on it and we had to live with that. They had threatened us that if we had ANY damage at all, including putting a command strip on the wall and they had to repaint when the next Tennant moved in, we would be charged for that.
