NewSouth Waste

I wish 0 stars was an option . The worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Missed trash days constantly. Rarely returns emails. Good luck trying to cancel and get them to pick up their own trash bins. Would rather walk my trash to the dump 4 miles away than deal with them

25$ fee every time payment fails, no notice - no where did they ever even notify customers of those charges. They also backed a failed payment from June of 2025 from the OLD company when they took over in December without letting me know. I called - she said basically fees are applied with any failed payment - yes completely understand but NO where does it say the amount-time frame etc - no where did I sign any agreement - so now Im expected to pay 125$ in fees because they chose to continue to try to charge me the payment.

They left our trash bag on the fence!!
