Pacific West Home Builders

When things get tough, Shay and Pacific West Home builders are the company you want to have hired. Not only were they able to get us very hard to get permits for an ADU in a HPOZ (historic protection overlay zone) extremely fast - I know that they performed miracles, because I had tried for past renovations and it is very hard! But further more when we ran into issues out of our hands, Shay supported us and deals with continuously not easy situations in a professional and warm way. True quality and reliability show when things don’t go as planned.

We had a great experience with our ADU project from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They handled everything efficiently and were always available to answer our questions. One of the biggest benefits was the financing assistance they provided, which made the project much more manageable and helped us move forward with confidence. The quality of the work and customer service exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone considering an ADU project.
