I’ve lived at Peridot Residences for two years, and I can genuinely say it has been a great place to call home. I originally chose Peridot because of the location and its proximity to restaurants, entertainment, and downtown life, but the overall living experience is what has made me want to stay. The building offers a true luxury feel without sacrificing comfort. My apartment is spacious, well designed, and surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciate. The amenities were also a major selling point for me.

Beautiful apartment, terrible experience with management. I was sold on my unit after the leasing agent told me that my unit would include a full size washer and dryer and that the smaller washer and dryer currently in the apartment would be replaced. That never happened. I raised the issue with the Peridot staff and have gone months without a resolution or even a response, despite sending numerous emails. I escalated the issue to Gables Residential corporate over a month ago and still have not received a response. Communication from the leasing office has been extremely disappointing.
