DO NOT LIVE / RENT THROUGH MAYMONT HOMES, THE PROPERTY MANAGERS FOR PINEWIND. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. The leasing office is nonexistent. Every time I had a question, needed assistance, or wanted to discuss an issue, there was nobody available. Didn't matter the time of day.. Getting basic questions answered will take you no less than 10 trips to the leasing office to catch someone in person The most frustrating part of my experience was dealing with their third-party security deposit system.

Moving is stressful enough, but moving states away from your hometown adds a whole different level of stress. Haley, thank you for making the process easier and for not adding to that stress. I truly appreciate your help, patience, and professionalism throughout the process. My only real complaint would be the use of generative AI when processing applications and handling certain parts of the process. That aspect was somewhat stressful and made some interactions feel less personal. Aside from that, I had a positive experience and appreciate Haley’s assistance.

I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately this community has gone so far downhill that it’s honestly disappointing. This used to be an amazing place to live, which makes the current condition of the property even more frustrating. Basic property upkeep simply does not seem to be a priority anymore. The buildings and sidewalks need pressure washing, bushes and landscaping are neglected, and they don’t even properly mow the grass anymore. Much of what I see is simply weed-eated, while other areas have weeds and grass that are easily 12 inches tall.
