R P Holmes Corporation

A multi generation business, I am a multi generation customer with both commercial & residential real estate.

The boiler replacement that was done at my home by R.P. Holmes in August 2026 was completed in one day by a crew of four who were extremely knowledgeable. They were personable and respectful of my property. In part I selected them to do my work because they have done work in the homes of many neighbors who were also pleased with the work. I am happy to have chosen them to do the work.

We switched over to using Holmes about a year ago and we have been extremely happy with their service. We have a very old home in Newton and have an AC system that was retrofitted to try to cool this big old house. It has never worked perfectly, but in the past couple years, it’s been extremely problematic. The staff and service people at Holmes have been extremely helpful and have come out multiple times, more than I can count, in the past year to get this system working adequately.
