I would not Rent here. When my son' moved in four years ago Auguy14, 2022, and pthe kitchen countertops were damaged and had exposed particle board.and I have the pictures from move that show the issues. They even advise maintenance of the issue not including sometimes and it was never addressed. They are now trying to charge all of us for replacing the countertops after telling one of the other moms they planned to gut the place after we moved out., The apartment was already planned for upgrades as part of the updates for 2026 seven year We and at least one other parent of the other two boys at least I know one of them is contacting a lawyer as well.

My recent experience involving a person who appeared to be a Redpoint Apartments employee was completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. While I was driving to pick up coffee for my family at the hospital, she repeatedly cut me off and drove as though she was in an extreme hurry. I initially assumed she may have been running late for work. If she was not late, that makes her driving and behavior even more concerning because there was apparently no reason for the way she was driving.

The reoccurring mold in our unit was not okay. We asked multiple times for maintenance and all that was done was spraying the areas with bleach and water. My roommate and I both had respiratory problems that were resolved when we moved out. When we moved out, we were charged with fees that weren’t even from us- when we tried to reason with them, and bring light to the fact that we had BLACK MOLD growing in our bedroom, living room, AND BATHROOM VENTS- we were basically told too bad, so sad. Do not waste your time with these student-based apartments, they are foul and money hungry.
