I’ve been only been living here for a few months, but so far it’s been absolute hell. I moved in and my room was infested with spiders, and it took almost 3 weeks to get maintenance to send pest control to my apartment. They also lied multiple times by marking off my maintenance requests as completed and made up a time in which pest control had come, yet they had never showed up. When pest control finally did show up, they sprayed so badly that I then had to finally handle the spider infestation myself.

This apartment has ruined my life. I’ve been struggling to find somewhere to live since I turned 18 because they denied my application 3 times but they told me I still owe them $10k 😭😭😭 I was homeless for a year. I’m 24 now and I still hate you. This place has terrible reviews and should be shut down. I was thinking of settling the debt but I’m unsettled by the amount of negative reviews. Legal action will be the best option for everyone. Love the fake reviews with no description and weird names.

Such poor taste to charge visitors of poor college students parking fees. Furthermore calling this shoe box a “parking space” is generous but sure, I’ll happily pay to have my vehicle door dinged—NOT!! Just park on the street, it’s free.
