If I could rate 0 stars I would. The first day I moved in, I noticed a myriad of problems with the apartment I was given, such as: my dining table being held together by duct tape, upward facing staples in the doorway of my bedroom, and mold in the bathroom and closet. Maintenance requests were put in for each of these issues, and each of them were shot down because "the maintenance team did not find what I was talking about".

pretty nice experience for me. nice location. No bugs on move in but have since had some ants and a roach. Honestly my main complaint is the wifi. They use Whitesky which is a notoriously crappy ISP and my experience with it has been pretty in line with that. Also the lack of ethernet access is annoying. If i were to suggest anything it would be to get a better internet service provider and to provide ethernet. please

My daughter has lived here for her sophmore year of college. Since the day of move in we have not been impressed. The unit was turned over immediately from the previous tenet. It was not cleaned and prepared for the next tenets. The outdoor light and dishwasher have not worked since she moved in a year ago. There is a leak from the washer that flows to the kitchen ceiling that caused visible water damage. It took NUMEROUS complaints for that to be repaired and honestly it was repaired on a whim when maintainence was there for a different job.
