Redpoint West Lafayette

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! AWFUL MANAGEMENT & APARTMENTS! They may look nice when you go in to do the tours, etc. but help yourself and do not live here. My roommates and I went almost 5 MONTHS without A/C or heat in our apartment!!! We were consistently lied to by management, told different things by everyone we talked to in the office, with one office member stating “we should be able to handle the heat if the maintenance team is working in it”. They turned the Emergency heat setting on our furnace(only after several months of no AC/heat) and said that it wouldn’t run our bill up LOL….

I really enjoyed living at Redpoint West Lafayette. I didn’t experience any of the move-out charges that other people complain about. If you actually clean your unit and touch up the paint before you move out, you don't get charged. The townhomes are spacious, pet friendly, and an excellent value for the price. The location is perfect for campus life with an easy bus route to campus, a nice deck, a washer and dryer, and furnished spaces. The community also hosts a ton of fun resident events, and I heard they even got hammocks for the clubhouse patio.

Fantastic place to live – highly recommend! I’ve really enjoyed living at Redpoint West Lafayette. The townhomes are incredibly comfortable, spacious, and feature a great overall layout with tons of natural light. It is also very pet friendly! For the price and the generous amount of space you get, it is an excellent value. The community offers really nice amenities, including the major convenience of in-unit laundry, and individual floor plans that give everyone plenty of their own space. Parking is never an issue here either, as there is always ample room for both residents and visitors.
