Reserve at Sweetwater Creek Apartments

Theft , dishonest maintenance and leasing agent. Will enter against your wishes. Maintenance inappropriate behavior by one. Focusing on my security verses completing work. Wearing items stolen from me. My keys do not match one of my doors or mailbox. Just a terrible experience. Manager has yet to follow up on any if the issues. I filed report with police.

We toured this placed at the beginning of November although our move out date was not until the end of December. Ms Natalie was amazing and we instantly fell in love with the place but weren’t sure if it'd still be available by the time we were ready to move. All praises to the father that the same apartment we toured was available still and move in ready! Again, Ms. Natalie was amazing. She gives off that motherly love which I can appreciate. We are still getting settled in and we love the place.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The management and staff are friendly, professional, and do an excellent job communicating with residents. Whenever there is an update or important information to share, they make sure residents are kept informed. I also really appreciate how clean the entire community is. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property and creating a comfortable environment for everyone.
