I can’t recommend this company enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing. Endri was so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. We have dogs, and he was able to completely get rid of the pet stains and smells. I honestly didn’t think some of them would come out! We also had an unexpected spill and were in a huge time crunch. He came over so quickly and took care of it right away, which was such a lifesaver. The carpets look and smell incredible, and the customer service was second to none.

The job was just okay. There was a lot of overspray to clean up after they left. This isn't something that I hade to do in the past. I also noticed that the carpet is still wet after several hours, this is probably due to them rushing and the use of a portable machine rather than a truckmounted unit. It is definitely my fault for not verifying that they use top notch equipment. Some areas that have dried feel stiff which indicates too much soap or no rinse agent present. The price was fair for a truckmounted unit, not so much for a 2nd rate low suction portable extractor.

Andre was excellent, he finished all the carpet I have in under an hour (two sets of stairs and an area rug) and my carpets look amazing! He was extremely polite and professional and fit me in last minute. Used moving blankets and corner protectors, as well as had inside specific shoes. Left the place looking absolutely phenomenal. Great work and great service! Five stars
